We come to this through a strategic approach. We built the system to implement many processes, systems and workflows. And we've been asked many times how we are so organized and what we do that makes our processes run smoothly. We follow this philosophy: life is complicated enough. Your backend shouldn't be.

Traditional tech gets built first. Then you're forced to run your business their way. To justify the price tag, it gets built out with too many features so that you need to hire a certified implementer who looks at you asking you what you want. Meet Beate Chelette - The Growth Architect®
Beate went from $135K in debt to a multi-million-dollar exit, selling her creative tech company to Bill Gates. She spent the two decades since turning that formula into frameworks used by companies including Amazon and Chevron, and by thousands of small business owners.
When the Palisades Fire burned her world down to nothing on January 7, 2025, she couldn't rebuild what she had. Following inner guidance, she conceived the three Forges, taking everything she knew, every process and system, and building a platform that fuses her coaching, strategy, spiritual belief systems and automation into one system for building a business where the tech works for you.
Beate is The Growth Architect, holds the registered trademark, and she is the host of the Business Growth Architect Show: Founders of the Future. She blends hard-won business strategy with spiritual depth to help others rise from their own fires. Still in the midst of her own recovery, she saves her best energy for spoiling her favorite person: her three-year-old granddaughter Kayliana who makes a killer CupOfGino (Cappuccino.)

What You Get Through the Creator Forge
CRM
The Creator Forge CRM is our base model, up to 1,000 contacts and three users. Built on GoHighLevel, one of the most robust platforms available, with courses, landing pages, websites, automation, email, CRM, and tagging. We run our own agency on it, built out with our own processes. You get to use what we use at this stage. As you grow we add more.
Workflows
A customer journey has to be designed around a clear outcome. With multiple entry points and stages, you need follow-up sequences for everything: welcome, lead magnet, booking reminders, client onboarding, website and landing pages. You get what we built, curated for each of the three Forges so you're never overwhelmed.
Website / Landing Pages
We operate on the attraction model. We want to work with big thinkers who want to serve their clients and be compensated for their work. We can connect what you already have or we can build landing pages, your website, and much, much, more. Build what you need when you need it. No hosting fees, no secondary surprises. You customize what we have created to suit you or you bring or build your own.
No Long-Term Contracts
One thing Beate truly despises is getting locked into agreements you can't get out of. And fees and fees and fees. We stripped it down, get what you want when you want it, so you don't have to pay in advance but only when you are ready and only for what you need. We want you to stay, but you can leave anytime with 30 days' notice, and we'll even help you get your data out.
We Show You, or Do It For You
Everything is ready and preloaded the day you sign up. Use your own VA or assistant to run the Creator Forge, or tell us what you need and hire one of the VAs who helped build the system for one of the building blocks. It's designed to be a no-brainer.
